What are your privacy principles?
Your personal information is not shared outside of The Scrap Attic unless we have clearly asked for and obtained your explicit consent. We do not send promotional campaigns by mobile, electronic or unsolicited mail communications.
The information provided on the Contact Us page is used strictly to answer product inquiries, questions or concerns.
Personal contact information you provide on the secure PayPal server is used for parcel delivery.
How do I navigate the Shop Page?
On your mobile device, you will need to select the shop page in the drop down menu under the three bars in the top right hand corner of your screen.
The Shop Page is organized into page collections. Each collection has multiple sliders that picture products organized by a common theme. For example Patterned Papers (Baby, Fall & Halloween, Winter & Christmas, etc.) and Adhesives & Essential Tools (Runners & Refills, Glue Dots & Other Adhesives, Albums, Trimmers, etc.) Products may have multiple images highlighting colour collections, patterns or products.
You can return to your shopping cart by choosing the shopping bag.
What are the payment options?
The Scrap Attic uses a secure PayPal shopping cart feature. You can register for an account or use the Guest Account feature.
We also accept payments by electronic fund transfer (email@example.com) in store or by choosing the cash payment option at check out on the website. Credit cards are accepted utilizing the Square Reader in store.
What is your shipping policy?
Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days via Canada Post. The Scrap Attic offers a flat shipping rate of $12.50 for all purchases up to $149.99 and purchases over $150 ship free in Canada. International order shipping rates vary from $20.00 - S30.00 based on purchase.
A local pick up option is available for customers that prefer to place an order for pick up in store.
What is your return policy?
Due to the wide variety of products and manufacturers, returns are handled on an individual basis. Any items damaged in shipping must be returned in their unopened original packaging. Please use the Contact Us page for all inquiries.
Do you have a store front?
We are a home based business offering in store hours during the evening and on weekends by appointment. Please Contact Us to arrange a convenient time to visit in store.
Do you attend local crops?
The Scrap Attic has attended local crops as a vendor. If you are interested in more information on having us attend your event please contact Angela with details on the type of event, dates and location.
